Privacy Policy

Overview

Offbit is designed to work on your device. We do not require an account and we do not operate a server that receives your Screen Time information.

Screen Time data

With your permission, Offbit uses Apple's Family Controls and Device Activity frameworks to access device activity information needed to calculate screen usage, pet health, and weekly progress.

This information is processed and stored locally on your device and in the app's private shared container so the Offbit widgets can display it. Offbit does not transmit this information to the developer or to third parties.

Data collection

Offbit does not collect personal information, advertising identifiers, analytics, location, contacts, photos, or browsing content. Offbit does not contain advertising or third-party tracking SDKs.

Data retention and deletion

Offbit's settings and activity summaries remain on your device. You can revoke Screen Time access in iOS Settings. Deleting Offbit removes its locally stored app data according to iOS behavior.

Children

Offbit does not knowingly collect personal information from children or any other users.

Changes

If Offbit's privacy practices change, this policy will be updated before the relevant app version is released.
