- Touch and hold your iPhone Lock Screen.
- Tap Customize, then choose Lock Screen.
- Tap the widget area below the clock.
- Choose Offbit and add Living Pet or Weekly Wins.
Frequently asked questions
Why does Offbit need Screen Time access?
Offbit uses Apple's Screen Time frameworks to calculate your usage and update your pet. Your Screen Time data stays on your device.
Why doesn't the widget update every minute?
iOS controls when widgets refresh to protect battery life. Offbit requests updates automatically, but the exact timing is decided by the system.
How is my pet's health calculated?
Offbit compares your current usage with your previous activity. Using less screen time improves your pet's health.
How do I restore Screen Time access?
Open Offbit, select Connect Screen Time, approve access, and follow the instructions shown in the app.
